Returns & Refund Policy

Your happiness matters to us, and so does your health. Because our makeup is made for sensitive skin and used on the lips, eyes and face, we follow strict hygiene rules on what can come back.

What can be returned

We can only accept makeup returns if the item is unopened and unused, in its original packaging and seal. For hygiene and safety reasons, any makeup that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it arrived damaged or faulty.

Your 14-day window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return on an eligible, unopened item.

How to start a return

Please message us first before sending anything back. Reach out through our contact page or reply to your order email, tell us your order number and what you would like to return, and we will walk you through the next steps. Returns sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or not as described, message us within 14 days with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will let you know by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days.
